I'm currently the Director of Examine.com, the largest database of nutrient and supplement research on the Internet.
Prior to attending Tufts and being a Friedman fellow, I attained an MPH and MBA from Johns Hopkins University. My PhD research at Tufts was to be on the link between diet and chronic pain, specifically regarding rheumatoid arthritis. While a researcher at the Tufts Evidence-Based Practice Center, I helped publish articles on vitamin D and calcium as well as a variety of other clinical research topics. I've also been involved in research on fructose and liver health, mindfulness meditation, and nutrition in low income areas.
